What Polxy is

One workspace for connected marketing.

How Polxy works

From a goal to the right operating mode.

  1. Connect the brand, audience, offer, goals, channels, and measurement sources.

Your Referral Center shows attributable signups, paid referrals, credits earned, milestones, and ledger history.

ReviewedPayment and attribution evidence

ExcludedSelf-referrals and invalid activity

Duplicate accounts, self-referrals, refunds, chargebacks, manipulated attribution, and fraudulent activity do not qualify.

ControlledNo automatic messages are sent

Polxy gives you a link and tracks referral state. You decide where and how to share it responsibly.

SeparateCredits are not cash commission

The customer Referral Program awards Polxy credits. Cash commission requires approval through the separate Affiliate Program.

Referral FAQ

The important details, without fine-print fog.

When are referral credits granted?

After the referred workspace starts a paid plan, the payment is verified, and Polxy completes attribution and abuse review. A signup alone does not create a reward.

Where do I find my referral link?

Sign in to your Polxy workspace and open the Referral Center. Your personal link, code, progress, applicable terms, and ledger events appear there.

Can I refer more than one person?

Yes. Each referral is reviewed separately. Three qualified paid referrals unlock the standard one-time 50,000-credit milestone, and ten trigger partner review.

What happens after a refund or chargeback?

Refunded, charged-back, duplicated, self-referred, or fraudulent activity does not qualify. Pending or incorrectly posted rewards may be withheld or corrected according to the recorded referral evidence.

Is this the same as the Affiliate Program?

No. Referrals reward existing Polxy customers with workspace credits. The Affiliate Program is an application-based cash commission program with separate approval, attribution, validation, and payout rules.

Ready to share responsibly?Your personal referral path starts inside Polxy.

Create or sign in to your workspace, copy your attributable link, and track every qualifying stage from one place.

Promote Polxy to founders, creators, agencies, and marketing operators.

Anyone with an active audience or platform can apply—no Polxy subscription is required. Approved affiliates start at 10%, unlock 15% at 10 verified paying customers, and reach 20% at 100.

Three earning levels

Only unique paying customers that complete the validation period count. A new rate applies to future eligible payments after the level unlocks.

Level 2Growth15%

10–99 verified paying customers.

Elite unlocks automatically with the 100th verified customer.
Level 3Elite20%

The highest rate for proven Polxy partners.

Maintain compliant promotion and healthy customer quality.
Simple exampleOn an eligible $100 payment: Starter earns $10, Growth earns $15, and Elite earns $20.
Who should apply Influencers, educators, creators, agency owners, SaaS reviewers, community hosts, and growth operators with an audience that cares about AI marketing, content systems, automation, agencies, or business growth.
What counts toward a level A unique customer must complete a paid subscription and pass the validation period. Duplicate, refunded, charged-back, self-referred, or fraudulent activity does not count.
How it works Submit your application, Polxy reviews your audience fit, admin confirms terms, then creates your unique code and contacts you by email with next steps.
How upgrades work Levels cannot be skipped. Polxy automatically upgrades the partner at 10 and 100 validated unique paying customers. The new rate applies only to future eligible payments, and every commission keeps the rate used when it was created.
Good promotion fit Product walkthroughs, workflow demos, founder/operator content, agency system breakdowns, AI marketing tutorials, comparison posts, and case-study style social content.
Review rules No misleading income claims, spam, fake urgency, undisclosed paid promotion, or brand misuse. Self-referrals, duplicates, fraud, refunds, and chargebacks are void or reversed. This cash program is completely separate from Polxy customer credit referrals.
Payout choices Approved commission can be paid by bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, or an approved crypto wallet. Payout timing, minimum threshold, supported crypto network, fees, and required tax or identity checks are confirmed in the partner terms before activation.

Understand the complete Polxy operating system.

Explore how Polxy connects project memory, strategy, Polxy Studio, campaigns, SEO, GEO, community, approvals, guarded execution, measurement, and verified learning—without hiding where human review, provider access, or real evidence is still required.

One connected operating loop

From business context to measurable learning

  1. 01RememberProject documents, audience, offer, goals, brand voice, and guardrails become shared context.
  2. 02Plan + createMission Control, campaigns, Polxy Studio, SEO, GEO, Ads, and growth modules prepare the work.
  3. 03Review + runConnections, roles, credits, approvals, Queue, and Automation determine what can safely happen.
  4. 04Measure + improveAnalytics, Search Console, reports, receipts, and comparable evidence guide the next loop.
Mission Control + Polxy brain Polxy reads project memory, goals, brand rules, current evidence, permissions, and blockers before advising or acting. Mission Control turns that context into accountable plans, tasks, approval points, and proof.
Polxy Studio Create project-aware images, video briefs, presenter work, captions, and content sets. Creative DNA keeps approved framing, palette, must-include rules, and avoid lists connected to future work.
Campaigns + Pages Define goals, audience, channels, duration, KPIs, content mix, and autonomy. Campaign Pages connect the promise, CTA, lead capture, tracking, and website destination to the same operating context.
Automation + Queue Automation checks credits, connections, approval rules, publish windows, and retry limits. Queue keeps drafts, approvals, schedules, failures, and publishing evidence visible before work leaves the workspace.
Connections + providers Provider accounts, social channels, Search Console, analytics sources, websites, ads accounts, and Telegram credentials determine what Polxy can inspect, generate, measure, or execute live.
Ads + Analytics Prepare bounded paid tests with budgets and approval controls, then interpret measured source data. Polxy does not present readiness, scheduled work, or generated drafts as proven performance.
SEO Build keyword clusters, page briefs, metadata, schema notes, internal links, technical checks, and Search Console measurement plans tied to the selected website and project.
GEO Audit how a brand may appear in generative answers, map prompt coverage and citations, prepare source-backed improvements, and compare like-for-like evidence across the same domain, locale, and question set.
Competitors + influence Competitor intelligence, influencer discovery, and outreach surfaces help teams research positioning, rank fit, prepare briefs, and keep contact or send actions behind the required review.
Community + Reach + Telegram Plan moderation, engagement, distribution, referral, channel posts, subscriber growth, and Telegram workflows from shared project memory while preserving platform and approval boundaries.
Reports + verified evidence Turn activity, outcomes, Queue movement, creative production, credits, spend, and receipts into reviewable summaries. Missing measurements remain unavailable instead of becoming invented results.
Safety + cost control Roles, credits, estimates, provider readiness, approval thresholds, audit logs, and human gates keep automated work accountable and prevent silent spend or unsupported live action.
GEO · Generative Engine Optimization

Help AI answer engines understand, trust, and cite your brand.

Polxy GEO connects brand facts, audience questions, website evidence, citation opportunities, implementation readiness, and repeat measurement. It supports research and controlled website optimization without claiming visibility gains that have not been measured.

01Audit answer visibilityDefine the target domain, market, locale, and real buyer questions. Review whether sampled answers mention the brand, cite its pages, cite competitors, or lack trustworthy evidence.
02Build source authorityStrengthen clear entity facts, answer-ready pages, structured data, internal links, proof, and citation-worthy content that search and generative systems can retrieve.
03Implement safelyPrepare controlled changes for supported website workflows. Live edits require the correct connection, scope, approval, and execution receipt; drafts are never presented as deployed.
04Compare real evidenceMeasure the same domain, locale, and question set over time. A single audit is a baseline, missing evidence stays unavailable, and improvements are not called lift without a valid comparison.
Back to landing About Polxy

One marketing operating system, born from the problem we lived ourselves.

Polxy helps startups, growing businesses, enterprises, and agencies plan, create, coordinate, review, and measure marketing without losing context across disconnected tools, APIs, platforms, and teams.

Why Polxy?

We were tired of running one business through a fragmented marketing stack.

Polxy was born from a problem we experienced ourselves. Running a modern business meant stitching together AI models, social platforms, analytics tools, schedulers, community channels, and a growing collection of APIs—then coordinating multiple people just to keep the work moving.

Context was scattered, handoffs were slow, costs were difficult to follow, and the complete story of a campaign was rarely visible in one place. We wanted the brand, work, approvals, channels, people, and results to stay connected.

So we began building Polxy: a unified AI marketing operating system where a team can move from strategy to creative, community, reviewed execution, and measurable learning without rebuilding the same context at every step.

Polxy is designed to coordinate the work across 17 specialized marketing roles—from strategy and research to content, community, SEO, analytics, and reporting—in one connected system. For startups and growing businesses, that means greater marketing capacity without needing to hire and coordinate a full 17-person team, helping them pursue their goals faster while people retain control of important decisions.

  1. 01 Too many disconnected tools APIs, AI generators, schedulers, social platforms, community channels, analytics, and reports all lived apart.
  2. 02 Too many manual handoffs People had to copy context, chase approvals, reconcile costs, and explain what happened across separate systems.
  3. 03 One accountable operating loop Polxy unites planning, creation, coordination, human review, distribution readiness, measurement, and learning.
Built for different stages of growth

Who Polxy is for

The same connected operating loop adapts to a founder building momentum, an established company coordinating teams, or an agency delivering accountable work for clients.

01 Startups & small businesses Build consistent marketing without assembling a large team or adopting a different tool for every job. Keep strategy, creative, community, scheduling, and reporting connected as the business grows.
02 Businesses & enterprises Coordinate brands, teams, providers, roles, approvals, costs, and evidence in one controlled workspace. Human gates and durable records keep high-impact work visible and accountable.
03 Marketing & digital agencies Run multiple client projects with separated brand context, reusable workflows, content production, review queues, reports, and clear delivery visibility—without multiplying operational handoffs.
What Polxy does Polxy brings campaign planning, creative generation, community and Telegram workflows, scheduling preparation, approvals, analytics, and reporting into one operational workspace. AI-assisted work stays organized, connected, and ready for human review.
How it works Every workspace can hold project memory, offers, audiences, connected channels, approval rules, model cost controls, and audit events. Live actions remain gated by the exact connection, permission, review, and receipt required for that action.
What changes Teams spend less time copying information between systems and more time improving the next campaign. The work moves faster while brand context, approvals, costs, Queue status, evidence, and next steps remain visible.
Lower cost, greater capacity Polxy helps businesses reduce the cost of disconnected subscriptions, repeated manual work, and avoidable coordination. Shared context and reusable workflows let a lean team cover more marketing functions, produce consistently, and focus its budget and people on the decisions where human judgment creates the most value.
Back to landing Platform vision

A calm operating system for marketing teams.

Our vision is a platform where creative generation, content planning, approval queues, publishing, reporting, and governance work together instead of living in disconnected tools.

One workspace, many marketing jobs Polxy is built around the idea that a growth team should not need one tool for prompts, another for approvals, another for campaign memory, and another for reporting. The workspace should keep those decisions in the same operational context.
AI with review controls The platform should let teams choose whether AI drafts only, prepares queue items, recommends next moves, or participates in approved publishing flows. Automation should be visible, scoped, and reversible.
Trust through records Marketing teams need to see the source context, approval state, credit cost, connected channel, and audit history behind work. Polxy is designed so fast output can still be explained later.

Back to landing Privacy Policy

How Polxy thinks about privacy.

Policy status: operational draft dated 12 July 2026, owned by the Polxy product owner. Independent legal approval is required before a public paid launch.

Polxy is built around workspace data, project context, team access, and generated marketing assets. This page explains what the platform may collect, why it is used, and how privacy requests are routed.

Information Polxy may collect Workspace profile details, user names and work emails, roles, project memory, brand voice, campaign settings, generated assets, connected channel metadata, billing plan information, audit events, and support messages.
How information is used Data is used to operate the workspace, route requests, generate and review marketing output, keep approval records, manage access, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Sharing and providers Polxy may use service providers for hosting, AI generation, analytics, email, billing, and connected publishing adapters. Provider use should be limited to the purpose needed to deliver the platform.
Retention and control Workspace owners should be able to manage members, exports, audit retention, connected accounts, and deletion requests. Privacy requests are routed separately from ordinary product support.
Back to landing Privacy request

Ask the Polxy team about privacy.

Use a privacy request for data access, correction, deletion, export, or questions about how workspace information is used.

Request types Access a copy of your information, correct inaccurate account details, request deletion where available, ask for an export, object to a use case, or ask a question about workspace data handling.
Identity and workspace matching To protect workspace data, Polxy may need to verify the requesting email, workspace name, role, and account ownership before completing a request.
What to send Include your name, work email, company or workspace, request type, affected region if relevant, and enough detail to locate the data without sending unnecessary secrets.
Back to landing Terms & Conditions

Terms for using Polxy.

Policy status: product-owner draft dated 12 July 2026. These terms are not yet approved for public paid contracting.

These public terms outline account access, acceptable use, AI-generated content review, billing, workspace responsibility, service limits, and termination rules.

Accounts and workspace ownership Workspace owners are responsible for user invitations, role assignments, connected channels, approval settings, billing choices, and the content their team submits to or publishes from Polxy.
Acceptable use Polxy should not be used for unlawful activity, deceptive campaigns, credential abuse, platform manipulation, spam, infringement, malware, harassment, or attempts to bypass security and provider limits.
AI-generated output Generated drafts, images, captions, plans, and reports should be reviewed before external use. Teams remain responsible for brand, legal, factual, regulatory, and channel-policy checks.
Billing, credits, and service changes Paid checkout is currently closed. Before billing is enabled, customers must receive the final price, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refund, credit-expiry, support, and provider-cost terms. Features, limits, adapters, and model availability may change with notice.
Back to landing Data Processing

Workspace data processing overview.

Document status: product-owner draft dated 12 July 2026. Customer-specific processing terms and subprocessor review require legal approval before public paid use.

Polxy processes workspace data to support project memory, creative generation, automation decisions, publishing preparation, reporting, and account administration.

Processing purpose Polxy processes data to operate workspaces, authenticate users, maintain project memory, generate and queue marketing assets, prepare reports, run admin jobs, and support connected providers.
Data categories Account information, workspace settings, project details, audience and offer notes, brand voice, generated files, queue items, connected-account metadata, support messages, billing state, logs, and audit records.
Provider and subprocessor discipline AI, hosting, email, billing, analytics, and publishing providers should receive only the data needed for their function. Production deployments should keep a clear provider list and purpose record.
Security and retention Data processing should use access controls, retention settings, export paths, audit trails, and deletion workflows that match the workspace plan and applicable obligations.
Back to landing Security

Security controls for AI marketing operations.

Polxy security focuses on account access, role permissions, review controls, audit logs, provider setup discipline, and clear separation between drafts and publishing actions.

Access control Workspace roles should separate owners, admins, members, clients, and operators. Sensitive actions such as billing, member management, admin tools, publishing policy, and provider setup should stay permission-limited.
Operational safeguards Polxy uses review modes, queue states, publishing gates, connection readiness checks, and admin audit events so teams can distinguish drafts, approved work, and live actions.
Provider security Connected channels and AI providers should use scoped credentials, callback validation, readiness tests, clear live flags, and admin visibility before automation relies on them.
Incident visibility Security-sensitive actions should be recorded in audit logs so admins can review sign-ins, role changes, suspensions, provider changes, worker operations, and exports.
Back to landing Report a security issue

Send a security report to Polxy.

Please include the affected surface, steps to reproduce, expected impact, and whether any workspace or account data may be involved.

What to report Account access bypass, role permission errors, exposed secrets, insecure callbacks, unintended publishing, data exposure, broken audit trails, or anything that could affect workspace confidentiality or control.
What to include Send the affected page or API path, steps to reproduce, screenshots if safe, expected impact, affected workspace type, browser or environment, and the safest way to reach you.
What not to send Do not include passwords, API keys, unnecessary personal data, or unrelated customer information. Keep testing minimal and avoid changing or deleting data that is not yours.
Back to landing System status

Platform status overview.

Polxy monitors application, database, worker, billing, and provider health internally. This page is an overview rather than a real-time public status feed; active incidents and maintenance notices must be confirmed through support until a dedicated status site is published.

Application status Status should cover login, workspace loading, dashboard, creative generation, queue, reports, settings, admin tools, and the backend control plane.
Provider status Provider readiness should track AI models, image/video generation, email delivery, billing, publishing adapters, analytics imports, and OAuth callbacks.
Incident notes A production status page should show incident start time, affected users, current state, workaround, resolution, and post-incident notes when needed.
